We spend time and effort getting to know our
candidates and understanding their individual goals and aspirations.
Through an in-depth discussion of the candidate’s ambitions,
we are able to establish the opportunities open to them.

| We keep in regular contact with our candidates
from the moment they register through to successful placement. We are
committed to speaking to every candidate on a weekly basis and we also
have the facility to text message them directly and to keep in touch
via e-mail where convenient. |
| FREE TRAINING & ASSESSMENTS ... |
All of our candidates undergo thorough assessments
using our Qwiz testing package. Qwiz assists us to quickly and easily assess
a candidate’s true abilities from software skills to sales aptitude
and accounting to technical testing.
Through Qwiz we are able to offer our candidates training on a variety of software
packages including Microsoft Word 2003, Access 2003, Excel 2003, Outlook 2003,
PowerPoint 2003, Copy Typing and Data Entry. |
| CV ADVICE ... |
| We advise our candidates on writing a winning
CV as this is often the first impression a client receives. Once we have fully
registered a candidate and input their details, our bespoke software programme
automatically creates a CV. This instantly generates a professionally formatted
CV with easy to understand, accurate information. |
| CHOICE ... |
| We target our consultants to arrange a minimum
of 3 interviews per candidate. We therefore create varying opportunities and
they have a selection of vacancies to choose from. With regular contact via telephone,
e-mail and text we can inform our candidates of new vacancies and update them
with their interview status. |
| INTERVIEW ADVICE ... |
Preparation is the key to success. We meet with
every client and spend time getting to know each company’s ethos, environment
and preferences. We spend a minimum of one hour briefing each candidate prior
to interview and are then able to ensure they have an in-depth understanding
of the specific vacancy and the company they are interviewing for.
Our aim is to complete the recruitment cycle quickly, efficiently and effectively
for both our client and candidates ultimate satisfaction. |
| POST INTERVIEW FEEDBACK ... |
| Immediately after an interview we speak with the
candidate to gauge their reaction and thoughts, we can then quickly respond to
the client with constructive feedback. Should a candidate be unsuccessful we
would immediately advise them on the next steps to take. |

| INCENTIVE SCHEME ... |
We have an incentive scheme set up for every candidate
we place, part of which is to deliver a free lunch on the first day in their
new position. After 3 months in the role we reward them with vouchers worth £25.00
from a high street retailer of their choice and after six months an additional £50.00,
this is to recognise our candidate’s loyalty.
Finally we ask all our clients who have recruited via Workforce Solution to give
us an update of our candidates progress after three months service and write
a brief overview of their successes within their role. We then nominate our Permanent
Candidate of that particular month and reward them with a Red Letter Day and
Certificate of their achievement. |

| These are a great opportunity for our candidates
to network with fellow candidates and forge new friendships. At Workforce Solution
we hold an Annual Charity Ball, a summer BBQ and varying fundraising events. |
| RECOMMEND A FRIEND ... |
| We believe that referrals are one of the most
successful ways of registering new candidates. We run a Recommend a Friend incentive
scheme whereby if a candidate introduces a friend/relative or colleague and that
person finds permanent work through us, our candidate qualifies for a special
gift as a token of our appreciation. |
